Jeff has built technology businesses in the USA and China, for both consumers and enterprises. Currently, as founder of Elementri, he helps full-stack hardware startups produce in Taiwan/China and go-to-market in the USA.

Previously, as CEO of an Oak Pacific Interactive (Now RenRen, NYSE: RENN) joint venture in Beijing, Jeff transformed the Kuho consumer content brand into Maibo Media, developing the first data-driven monetization platform for legitimate content providers in China. Under his direction, Maibo Media also created, spun out, and sold Seebar, an Internet café content delivery system. Also in China, he ran strategy & corporate development for telecom & embedded systems developer CIeNET Technologies, with responsibility across operations in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Nanjing, and Shenzhen.

Earlier, Jeff co-founded and ran product for New York-based enterprise mobility firm Vettro (Now NASDAQ: PEGA), which raise close to $30 million (from Greylock, Sigma Prime, Citigroup, others) before being sold.

Jeff began his career leading large engineering teams and helping to architect billion dollar platforms at Andersen Consulting / AT&T. He's also founded a profitable SaaS provider, created a thriving entrepreneurial community, helped startups and investors enter the China market, and mentored/advised startups to exit.

Jeff graduated from MIT with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
