Mr. Sukjin Lim has experience in working for numerous clients in different industries at law firms in New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo and Seoul. In particular, he devoted his time working in core corporate practice areas, such as mergers & acquisitions, cross-border investments, joint venture projects, etc., and he has been active in providing advice, both legal and business, to various companies in different industries, especially the private equity funds, institutional investors, IT/tech companies, auto parts companies, game companies, etc. Based on such experience, Mr. Lim has been instrumental in successfully completing many corporate transactions in and out of Korea.

Mr. Lim has been a columnist for Legal Times for many years, and he also served as a member of the Committee for Preparation and Drafting of the Presidential Decrees of the Foreign Attorney Act of Korea and also as the Chair of the Committee for Reviewing and Preparing Measures to Export Legal Services Overseas (Ministry of Justice of Korea).

Mr. Sukjin Lim is a graduate of Brown University (Honors B.A.), Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (M.I.A.) and Boston College Law School (J.D.). In addition, he participated in an exchange program to the University of London King’s College School of Law. He is fluent in Korean, English and Japanese, and he is conversant in Brazilian Portuguese.
